Refund Policy
1. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before the book has been shipped.
If you cancel your order on time, you will receive a full refund.
Once the book has been shipped or delivered, the order cannot be cancelled.
2. Returns
Due to the nature of our products (printed and digital books), returns are generally not accepted.
We only accept returns in the following cases:

you received a damaged or defective copy,

you received the wrong item,

or there was an error in shipment on our part.

and include a brief description and photo of the issue.
If your request is approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund as agreed.
3. Digital Books (e-Books)
All purchases of digital editions (e-books) are final and non-refundable.
Because digital content provides instant access, refunds cannot be issued once the order is completed, even if the file has not been downloaded.
4. Refund Processing (if approved)
If your refund is approved, it will be processed within a few business days.
The credited amount will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, and you will be notified by email once the refund has been issued.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:

Check your bank account again.

Contact your credit card company—it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.

Then contact your bank, as processing delays are sometimes possible.
